T15 Compliance Documents

Please make sure that all compliance information that is being uploaded is of clear quality, and in PDF format.

Right to work – Passport, inclusive of passport number or full Birth certificate with proof of national insurance.

Working Visa’s & BRP – Since 2015, employers are no longer allowed to accept a Visa which is not within a current passport. Current means the visa must be transferred in to your new passport. If you do not wish to transfer the visa, you can apply for a Biometric Residence Permit. We require sight of both the front and back of your BRP.

DBS – We require sight of your full enhanced disclosure (even if it’s registered with the update service). We do not need to see the address section of your disclosure (the natural crease on the disclosure will reduce the certificate to an A4 size) and request that you include all five boxes and the certificate number are visible.

Please note* - If you have multiple pages to your DBS then please ensure that these are included, and also meet the criteria above.

Registration form – The T15 registration form will come in a word document. Please complete all sections and be sure to sign and date the bottom confirmation section. Please feel free to ‘type sign’ this document.

Qualifications – Please send through any relevant Qualifications to the posts you’re looking for.

Proof of address – This needs to be a bank statement or utility bill (not a credit card statement) dated within the last 3 months or an in date photo driving license.
